Single pass honing (or diamond reaming) has proved itself in recent years as the
primary process for the manufacture of bores requiring very tight geometric
control.
We design and build both inline and rotary honing machines that are
automatically loaded and require very little maintenance.
Geometric roundness and straightness of 2 or 3 microns can be achieved on
consistency levels previously unattainable.
