All design data is transferred electronically to the forging companies for download to the die manufacturing machines.

Prototype con-rods can be manufactured in volumes of 20 up to several hundred. To ensure accurate physical testing,
all prototypes are manufactured using “Make Like Production” philosophy.
Once a component design has been established, various machining line techniques
can be employed to design, build and install a manufacturing facility providing the
best in class products.
