It is the policy of Albon Engineering, to make sure all our employees are well trained in every aspect of their work possible. This starts with an induction into the company history, abridged Health and Safety lecture and a full understanding of the quality management system specified in the quality and procedure manuals, which have been designed to satisfy the requirements of ISO/TS16949:2009.

This policy is uppermost in our minds as it helps us understand and satisfy the needs of our customers with the ultimate aim of zero defects.

In addition to our own training, Albon employees are also given outside training courses on various subjects i.e. to further the knowledge one already holds, and in-house training on equipment that is used in the production of our products. This creates a wide area of interest and gives an insight into the products we use and manufacture.
